Online entries open at 5:00 p.m. 08/25 & close at noon on 09/01. On-site entries accepted up until 6:30 p.m., CASH ONLY + $10 late fee. Pre-entry draw posted 09/06/2022. Late draw posted by rider 50.

3:00–5:00 p.m.: Exhibition Barrels (sold online only)
5:00 p.m.: Arena prep
6:00–9:00 p.m.: Rider Hospitality tent open
6:30 p.m.: On-site entries close
6:50 p.m.: Rodeo City Riders Grand Entry & National Anthem
7:00 p.m.: Pee Wee Barrels (limit 10 & must ride alone)
Open 4D (Riders 1-50)
Rodeo Act (at rider 50)
Xclusive Fame Slot Race (up to 30 entries)
Open 4D (Rider 51-end)
Aged Sidepots: (Carry Over ONLY) Youth, Adult, Senior
WPRA, BBR, & PEWC APPROVED! No membership required, this is an open race!
Cowgirl Channel will be streaming this event until 10:30 p.m.

Copy of negative coggins required & will be collected by fairgrounds staff as you enter the facility. No coggins, no entry.

Open Division winners will be put in a drawing for trophy saddle. Winner of the slot race will receive 2024 breeding to The Xclusive Fame.
