Checks/Cash 1.5% processing fee.
Check option available up to June 1st – Entries paid by check not postmarked by June 1st
will be canceled in Saddlebook and will need to be resubmitted with credit card payment only.
Late fees apply after June 1st and credit card payments only will be accepted
or on-site entries with credit card or cash.
No checks will be accepted after June 1st postmarked date.

Draws:

Draw #1 will be all entries entered by June 15th. Draw #1 will be posted June 18th by 5:00pm
Draw #2 will be all entries from June 16th-June 21st at midnight and posted June 22nd by 5:00pm

Refunds:

Draw outs before June 1st will not require vet/medical release.
Draw outs after June 1st will require a vet/medical release before June 23rd.
If refund is needed weekend of race, see the vet on site to get a vet slip.
Refunds will be mailed after completion of race with a vet/medical release.
Horse substitution is allowable and must notify the office with the registered name of the sub horse prior to competing.
Full refunds less credit card/processing fees for stalls and RVs with no cut-off date. With prior notice.
No shows will not be refunded
