K/C Arena Presents: New Year's Barrel Race at the Pauline Davis Pavilion in Red Bluff, CA. Covered run and warm up! Stalls, Shavings and RV! All stalls on cement will be matted!

WPRA dress code, Pre entries close Dec 26, 2022. Payments by check postmark by Dec 20th. Checks postmarked after Dec 20th subject to late fee. Late fee $35.

Entries MUST be made via Saddlebook. There are no paper entries, even on site. NO Paypal or Venmo for entries. Payments by credit card on Saddlebook or checks payable to Cook Arena, mail c/o Aleasha Barnes, 7030 Happy Valley Rd., Anderson, CA 96007. Checks must be postmarked by Dec 20, 2022.

Stalls/RV/Shavings can be pre sold or purchased on site. Stalls will be assigned on arrival. Must enter through specified gate and check in before entering stalls or RV spaces. To request a Stall/RV/Shavings form by emailing Newyearsbarrelrace@gmail.com or look in the Facebook event. Form can also be returned to Newyearsbarrelrace@gmail.com. Payment for stalls/RV/Shavings can be sent via PayPal (Friends & Family) to cookarena@yahoo.com or mail form and payment: Payable to Cook Arena, mail c/o Aleasha Barnes, 7030 Happy Valley Rd., Anderson, CA 96007. Presale stalls close Dec 26, payment must be mailed by Dec 20 if mailing a check.

Must check in at the office to fill out a W-9. Must know and provide social security numbers for your and your contestant children for W9.

Time onlys are sold in time slots on Saddle book. Pre sold time onlys have priority at the gate. Will sell cash at gate if time allows! This has been successful in the past.

Awards:
Payout: Must have a W9 on file, must be signed for at pick up by you or someone you authorize, will be mailed if not picked up. Will not be mailed without a w9.
Yourself or someone you authorize MUST be there to pick up awards. We will not ship or hold. The award will be rolled to next person if no one is there to pick it up.

Draw/Med/Vet outs:

70% of entry fees Dec 27 and after with vet/med note. Office and Late Fees if applicable will not be refunded. Stalls/RV/shavings will be refunded ONLY if they have not been used.
No refunds will be handled until after race. Draw/Med/Vet outs must be emailed to newyearsbarrelrace@gmail.com.

Entry changes after Dec 27 need to be handled in office at check in as email will not be manned regularly after Dec 27
