ONLINE ENTRY opens Wednesday, June 22 and closes Wednesday, August 3rd at 11:59 pm
MAIL-IN ENTRY available on WINBHA.com must be postmarked by Wednesday, July 27th
LATE ENTRY (after August 3rd) must be done online via Saddlebook prior to 7 pm Thursday, August 18

STRUCTURE and FEES

Pre-Show (Thursday) $25 entry fee + $5 office fee per horse (75% payback, no added money )
Two Go Rounds to advance to Championships OR Culver's Consolation/Redemption Race $90 total entry fee (see rules for details - 70% payback each go round, 100% added money, the 2021 added money was $23,000 total to Open - both gos and finals)
- Sunday Culver's Consolation/Redemption Race $2500 added (each division winner advances to Championship round)
- Sunday Championship round (riders advancing to Championship round is determined by total entries)
One Go Championship round for Senior 4D (50 & over) $40 entry fee (70% payback, 100% added money)
One Go Championship round for Youth 4D (18 & under) $40 entry fee (70% payback, 100% added money)
One Go Pee Wee class (8 & under - cannot run in other classes) $5 entry fee
NEW! Side Pots (Prime, Helmet, Average) $20 entry fee - 75% payback
Target Time Side Pot $10 entry fee (75% payback to Top 4 - 40%, 30%, 20%, 10%)
One-time office/tractor fee for 3-day Championships (Pre-Show excluded) $25 per rider
Online entry via Saddlebook must use credit card - 3% fee applies
Mail-In entries require additional $5 manual entry processing fee

8 am Gates Open no early arrival
9-11 am Warm Ups sign up in Saddlebook only
11-4 pm Exhibitions 60 second limit will be enforced, sign up in Saddlebook (cash at gate if spots available)
4:30 pm Pre-Show $5 late fee, late entries to draw 50, posted prior to #125

6-7 am Exhibitions (pay at the gate, cash only)
7:15 am Opening Ceremony
8 am Open 1st Go
Pee Wee (15 minutes after Open 1st Go)
Senior Finals (15 minutes after Pee Wee)
Friday Fun Night (following Senior Finals)

SATURDAY, 8/20/2022
6-7 am Exhibitions (pay at the gate, cash only)
7:15 am Opening Ceremony
8 am Open 2nd Go
Youth Finals (15 minutes after Open 2nd Go)
Senior & Youth Awards (15 minutes after Youth Finals)

SUNDAY, 08/21/22
6:30 am Cowboy Church Service
7:15 am Culver's Consolation/Redemption
Finals Kickoff Sponsor Rally & National Anthem (15 minutes after Consolation)
Open Finals (15 minutes after Sponsor Rally)
Open Finals Awards (15 minutes after Open Finals) full western attire required for awards

STALLS/TIE-OUTS/CAMPING
Stalls include 2 bags of shavings $75 (stalling partner requests must be noted on entry form by all parties)
NEW! Tie Outs: Thursday only - $15 per horse, 3-day Tie Out (Fri-Sun) $40 per horse, 4-day Tie Out (Thurs-Sun) - $50 per horse
Camping with electric $75, without electric $25
Anyone camping in their trailer must select one camping option (trailers not used for camping will reside in a day parking area - see parking assistants)

WARM UPS
Sign up through Saddlebook ONLY- sessions will sell out!
Thursday ONLY 9-11 am, 5 sessions, 20 minutes each, 10 horses per session

EXHIBITIONS
Sign up through Saddlebook ONLY- any spots not sold through Saddlebook will be available for sale on site cash only
Thursday 11-4 pm, Friday and Saturday 6-7 am

LATE ENTRIES
Late entries must be done online via Saddlebook only - $30 late fee applies to Championship show and $5 for Pre-Show
Late entries for the championship show MUST be made by 7 pm Thursday
Late entries will run at the end of Go Round 1 and at the beginning of Go Round 2
