Time Only Runs
Friday: 2-5:30pm $5 Cash at the Gate
Saturday: 7-9am sold in time slots at the Office
Sunday: 7-8am sold in time slots at the Office
Stalls and RVs are assigned upon arrival and payment is CASH only at the gate!
Stalls are $25 Per Night (cash only)
RV spaces are $25 Per Night (cash only)
Dry camping is free
We know that this year things are a little different and we’re sorry for the confusion. Here are a few things we are getting asked frequently.
▪️We will have entries up on saddlebook.com no later than February 1st.
▪️Pre-entries close February 10th.
▪️ALL ENTRIES ARE ONLINE ONLY.
▪️GATES WILL NOT OPEN UNTIL 12:00pm on Friday February 12th!
▪️Stalling and Camping are first come first serve. We will have someone at the entrance gate to assign you a stall and RV spot.
▪️Friday is a warm up race and does not count towards the average.
▪️There is an average sidepot that will pay out, but you do not need to pay into it to receive awards.
▪️PEE WEE IS PRE ENTER ONLY!! They will be entering through venmo and must be entered by February 10th. 8 and under as of race date!

▪️Unfortunately we cannot have any vendors but there will be snack bar on site.

The Pee wee class is pre enter only.
▪️must be 8 or under as of race date!
▪️Saturday morning only.
▪️You will enter through Venmo (Sheanna-DeForest) please include Child’s name and Birthdate and specify whether they are Pee wee or lead line!
▪️ Leadline may be led on foot or off horseback.
▪️$10 entry fee (no pay back, prizes only)
▪️They may only run one horse.
▪️They may not enter the youth class.
